Welcome to EU Science!

EU science exists as a faculty community within the Eu<

Our Vision: To be a tight-knit and out-reaching community, compelled by God's love, that lives passionately and prayerfully as Spirit-filled Christians.

We try to support each other as we seek to honour God and seek after him at uni.Whether you consider yourself a christian, or are merely seeking to find out more about Jesus, we would love to meet you.

So, What does Eu Science Do?

In trying to serve Christ at campus, and encourage each other in fellowship we do a few things.

1- We meet together in small groups to study God's word and pray for each other.

2- This year, we will go away together for the weekend of the 16th-18th of April to the beautiful chittick lodge in Gerringong, where we will have a great time of fellowship and hear some excellent talks from EU staffworker Mike Kwan click here for info on last year's weekend away!

3- If you just want to catch up and relax, on mondays at 1pm a bunch of us usually chill out for lunch together. if it's good whether, head to the biochem lawns- the big lawns outsidethe biochem building you walk past on the way from redfern station- if it's wet weather, head to the top floor of the wentworth building, outside the terrace cafe.

Matt's five reasons why you should be glad you are in EUscience!

  1. You are meeting with others who have gone through the same thing you've gone through - come to us with questions about subject choices, content and how to make the most of uni life! We've been there, done that!

  2. People can often be surprised when they find out that you know science and still you trust God and the bible - it's true! There's rationality behind our trust in our creator.

  3. We spend all week at uni ('cos our timetable makes us) - but that's great as we get to hang out together, join small group bible studies (e-mail me if want to join) and meet lots of new contacts with different clubs and societies on campus. Join up to clubs and socs to your hearts content!

  4. We are not arts students! (Well some are, but combined arts is not too bad :))

  5. We have two great staffworkers who help us through uni life, Lachlan and Laura, let's praise God for them, pray for them, and come to them when we need to!

See you around campus!
