weekly meetings

Come join us, meet other international students interested in finding out more about Jesus, practise your English, get to know some Aussie Christians, eat together and hear the Bible’s message explained in clear, simple English.

We meet 4pm every Thursday outside the front of Carslaw (near Eastern Ave LT) and then move into Carslaw 351

bible studies

We’d love you to come and study the bible with us. Join a small group or meet up individually with a local student and discover more about the Jesus of the Bible. It’s totally free and we have groups running throughout the week at many different times.

socials & events

We run social activities throughout semester: stay tuned to find out when they’re coming up! We’ve run camps, gone to the beach, wildlife parks, bowling, and more.

A Day at the BEACH

euFOCUS had a great day at the beach on Saturday 20th March.  We caught the ferry to Manly, had a swim, built a crab, buried Susie, played with a frisbee and ate Fish and Chips.  It was a great time getting to know each other.  We hope you can join us for the next social event.

 

 

 

 

OUR NEXT EVENT - CHURCH AND EASTER SHOW - GOOD FRIDAY

On Good Friday (3rd April) you are invited to visit a church in your area with a fellow Sydney Uni student and then come to the Easter show with us.  Easter is an important time for Christians when we remember the death and resurrection of Jesus.

 

The Easter show is a great event where you can see many typical Australian things - animals, woodcutting races, horse races, magic tricks, the best fruit shows Australia has to offer

DINNER AT A LOCAL STUDENTS HOUSE

In Wk 6 of semester, local students will be inviting international student over for dinner.  More information coming soon.  If you'd like to come along to a dinner email eufocus.team@gmail.com

God's World Courses

Are you an International Student who is keen to find out more about the Bible but you're not quite sure where to start? God's World courses are a great place to start. It is a course that runs for at least 6 weeks that helps you understand the message of God's love for us in Jesus.
