Welcome to the new EU website, brought to you by the (originally Danish built) TYPO3 content management system, and many customisations by the EU IT Team.

In coming weeks we will be writing instructions for EU leaders on how to modify parts of the site. A few teasers:

• You can upload images to your pages. Just click the "New record after" button which is on the edit panel at the bottom of the main content, and select "Image" or "Text w/ Image" as the content type. Then click Browse to upload an image file from your local computer.
• You can create new pages. At the moment there is no easy way to do it. You could try logging into the backend of the website and adding pages there, but beware - it is a whole new world in there. You log in to the backend by clicking the "Backend" link that is in the Login box on the left.
